This can be accomplished through challenges created by USFIRST for LEGO and TETRIX robotics kits or the creation of a functional engineering project.  This class also overlaps the Robotics team season by two weeks. Should the student decide to join the team they will have this time to begin work on the new challenge.

STUDENTS WILL:

-        Explore the options of engineering

-        Design a functional machine

-        Fabricate designed machine

-        Layout electrical components

-        Program the functions of the chosen machine
